While it is light and works great for strapping to your car and portaging, it really doesn't work well as a canoe even on the smallest waterways. I like Old Town, it's just this version is very poor. I bouth a Penobscot 16 and couldn't be happier with its quality. I recommend Old Town attempt to keep up with the quality of the Penobscot and not the Pack canoe.
