The Bass Pro Shops ProLite Finesse baitcast fishing reel is an excellent reel for both experts and beginners alike. The ProLite Finesse reel is stunningly light, plus has numerous advanced features for the expert angler. During my review of the Bass Pro Shops ProLite Finesse baitcast fishing reel, I targeted some of the features that really stand out on this reel.

Some of the best features on the Bass Pro Shops ProLite Finesse baitcast fishing reel include a super-light Recurve Handle and drag star, Duraluminum Aircraft-grade gears and spool, and the patented Dual Braking System that maintains complete control start to finish of the entire cast. Other features include one-piece aluminum frame, titanium line guide, multi stainless steel ball bearings, Powerlock instant anti-reverse, EVA handle grips, carbon drag washer, and the unique Magnum Drag Technology.

I intended to give the ProLite Finesse fishing reel an intense review, so I headed for the unforgiving waters of the Mississippi River. I know a few good backslues on the river, so I figured we’d go after some Northerns. After about an hour without any luck, I finally had a chance to give the ProLite Finesse reel a good test. The Bass Pro Shops ProLite Finesse baitcast fishing reel performed beutifully. The bearing system was incredibly smooth, and I still can’t get over how light the reel was.

I would rate my review of the Bass Pro Shops ProLite Finesse baitcast fishing reel as 5 out of 5. This fishing reel is light, agile, and super fun! I found that the ProLite Finesse baitcast reel is suitable for all types of fishing, even big fish.
